10. Stay Hydrated
Are you drinking enough water? Alcoholic beverages and drinks that contain caffeine do not count. They promote fluid loss. To figure out how much water you should be drinking each day, divide your weight in pounds by two, and convert that number into ounces. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, aim to drink 75 ounces of water each day. Be sure to drink more if the weather is hot or dry, or if you engage in vigorous physical activity.
